I am seeing the exact same thing on my system with that report. Shows fine with report writer, web view shows 2 months. I have ran into this too, with this same report. It seems that report writer doesn't know how to deal with the beginning of the SQL script. It only know how to deal with scripts that begin with "SELECT". That doesn't solve anything, but that's what I have come up with when I was tweaking the report.

I run into this quite often too. The scans get hung up. I cancel the subnet scan that is hung, then all the other scans go through without a hitch.
