this was my original request - Need help in creating a report to show router availability, need to include average availability, system up time, time device went offline (if applicable) and time device came back online, reboot events, currrent node status
-
and i cant add any more columns- its swql format
-
ideally i need an entry in the swql for current node status, and system uptime somewhere in with this:- Nodes].DetailsUrl , [Nodes].VendorInfo.Icon , [ResponseTime].Day , [ResponseTime].Availability , [Downtime].MinutesDown , [Downtime].CalcAvailability , [Events].RebootCount

hi the linked report above is not working correctly please read the full discussion - basically i need the report to also show current downtime of devices, currently it only shows when a device was offline and rebooted - i need it to show when is currently offline as well (cisco and meraki), it is still not picking up…
-
yes simulates without issue shows as sending successfully
-
Yes what i am reffering to is the shared mailbox / email address is the recipient for the email alerts..... for as i am aware the smtp account is the noreply solawinds account
-
Ideally i would like to add the following to the report - Availability, Availabilty (Based on minutes down), monitoring downtime & reboot events but i cannot find any of these in the report setup function
-
Also can the current downtime be added ?
-
Is there a way to add a date to report like example below NODEIP ADDRESSAVAILABILITY20/10/2022
-
right my mistake it seems to be working - thank you
-
Still not working have tried the above and i get a screen full of all sorts of nodes and status
-
Right what am i doing wrong here i need the report just to pick up down routers but when i put in meraki & cisco etc nothing appears it i leave the options blank i get results but for all types of nodes, see below And then if i select meraki & cisco i get a report full of nodes that are up which is not what i want

i have had a look at the OOTB Availability Report (This year) and it is not suitable for what i need, the orginal report you sent me just needs some modifying so it includes meraki & cicso devices that are currently down along with nodes that have rebooted over the last 24 hours
-
Yes i know but i need the report show current down nodes as well which currently it is not
-
Report is only picking up cisco devices -
-
I need the report to also show current downtime of devices currently is only shows when a device was offline and rebooted - i need it to show what is currently offline as well (cisco and meraki), it is still not picking up meraki and some cicso devices but i think this maybe due to it looking for reboots of the devices…
-
Anybody able to help thanks
-
Any help would be appreciated thanks
-
Still not seeing any meraki devices on the report even using the above full vendor name - i think its because the report is looking for when the device is back onine via a reboot, i need the report to state also what nodes are currently down and what was down but is now back online following a reboot
-
Also need the report to pick up nodes that a currently down and not when they are back online following a reboot, also a time stamp entry when the nodes went offline and when back online - can this be done ?
-
-
Works fine when using cisco - AND [Nodes]. Vendor IN ('Cisco')
-
the issue i have is the report is just not picking up anything meraki related which is strange help!!!!, this is what i get from the report when using just 'meraki' - AND [Nodes]. Vendor IN ('Meraki')
-
need to include the following device types Meraki MX67C', 'Meraki MX67C',' Cisco 887VaWEK9', 'Cisco 887VaWEK9, have tried the following but no results are being shown even though a device of that type is down AND [Nodes].Description LIKE 'Meraki MX67C '
