As someone who suffers from an inferiority complex, it's always hard to overcome anxiety, although im reassured im doing a good job, and a valued member of the team, it's hard to hear nice things. It's not the problem that "our" infrastructure sucks, it's more the legacy applications that are being run on said infrastructure that cause things to suck. I'd looked at the question earlier when it was "to" and after it was changed to "between". The confusion comes from what you class as replication and between. It's a slight trick question from what I can see, as whilst it is replicating 1 way, it's also replicating the other way, hence the answer I gave was incorrect.
