SAM 2020.2.1 release introduced several API Poller templates for Microsoft 365: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/sam/Content/SAM-API-Poller-Microsoft-365-Intro.htm I think it addresses all the needs from this thread. Do you have anything else that is needed?

SAM 2020.2 introduced out of the box API Poller templates collecting Azure metrics: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sam/Content/Release_Notes/SAM_2020-2_release_notes.htm#Expanded If you need more metrics here is the long list of available metrics:…

OK. Thanks for quick answer and the details. The request makes sense.
-
This has been introduced in 2020.2.1: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/sam/Content/Release_Notes/sam_2020-2-1_release_notes.htm

If you have SAM as well you can use this API Poller to monitor Azure SQL Managed Instance: thwack.solarwinds.com/.../2232
-
Agree with that request - there is no option to edit or delete API Poller credentials currently.

@"JaroslawLadyga" I think this is a duplicate of https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/SAM-Feature-Requests/Enabling-Disabling-assigned-monitors-of-AppInsight-templates/idi-p/610647 If that is the case please close this one and and your comment to the one above. Thanks Janek

Thanks for creating this request. Related thread: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/SAM-Discussions/SAM-API-Poller-Question-for-VMware-UAG/m-p/605511#M42877

Good news! This feature is implemented in SAM 2020.2.5!

@"kbswcon" If last polled value is available as String would be enough or you need historical data stored as String values as well?
-
If you have some API Poller created you might want to participate @"dhinagar_j" @"NikDha" @"itengineer" @"deiberts" @"darkboft" @"kbswcon" @"LatteLarry" @"bshuman" @"alankar.srivastava"

I will add to this thread that SAM 2020.2.1 has dedicated Microsoft 365 API Poller templates that are good alternative for Office 365 SAM templates: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/sam/Content/Release_Notes/sam_2020-2-1_release_notes.htm

Thanks for the info. Please create Customer Case for the problem, so that SAM team could take a look. Thanks

Yes, I'm Product Owner responsible for that feature so open for hearing the feedback. Are you OK if we schedule a User Feedback session with you?

@"johnbel"@"jonsiang"@"adam.beedell" SAM 2020.2.5 has a fix for similar problem. Have you tried it with 2020.2.5 version?

@"jonathanswift"@"narzsa"@"jaxnoth" There is API Poller available to monitor Azure SQL Managed Instance: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/content-exchange/server-application-monitor/m/api-pollers/2232 Let us know if that helps.

In case of office365 (or any cloud services) assigning API Poller to Node works more as grouping function. I use external node with name like "azure.com" or "office.com" Note that API Poller impact Node status, what might be useful in many scenarios.

Please follow the instructions from here: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/server-application-monitor-sam/f/forum/66503/api-poller-azure-rest-api/280690#280690 Let us know if that helps.

Not sure if that helps here, but there is API Poller for ServiceNow: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/content-exchange/server-application-monitor/m/api-pollers/2118 This template collects ServiceNow incidents statistics.

There is an alternative - API Poller for RabbitMQ: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/content-exchange/server-application-monitor/m/api-pollers/2150 By default it collects the overall message statistics (http://[IP_ADDRESS]:15672/api/overview request).
