Not how syslog works. All the filters do is extract the information from the syslog your sending to the kiwi syslog server and shows the filtered results.

Use the custom table\chart resource and specify your datasource like you did in your reports and take it from there.

Under the drop down where it says 'none yet', select instance, then select your poller. Dont use the show list option.

Go to alerts which depending on your version of npm is on the home tab in v 11.X.X and in alerts & activity in v 12. Select the alerts you want to remove and hit clear triggered instance. No database scripts required.

Netpath spits out unicast packets, i think that will be your issue, its not doing traceroute or anything normal like that.

You need to be more specific. Do you have an ape, aws? You need to specify your solarwinds environement.

No is the answer but basically it is failing to download updates to three servers and it is trying to connect via ftp? I would run the wmi repair utility in patch manager and try again. If that fails, try deploying agents to the three servers.

Having just been onsite with clients, they would expect to see the same info as per cisco wireless devices, have you any idea what release this will supported on?

Fair enough, i forgot to mention you need to run powershell as admin before you can run it.

By the sounds of the above the NTA upgrade was not performed correctly meaning the old database was not imported correctly which would cause this. NTA has a seprate database from the orion sql, were you promted to merge old database during the upgrade?

Crack open the database manager on the server and enter the following, replacing the 'mydatabase' with your database name: SELECT TOP (1000) [PollerID] ,[PollerType] ,[NetObject] ,[NetObjectType] ,[NetObjectID] ,[Enabled] FROM ['mydatabase'].[dbo].[Pollers] Check data returns. Run the configuration wizard.

I think this is what you would be looking for. You add the OID for the statistics you need to create a template for monitoring. Just get the OID'S relevant to the fields requested in NPM. Create a custom poller to get more info from a node - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
