You can go into manage groups and create a new group called SQL. Then make a dynamic query like this: This is an example and not SQL but you get the point. It will automatically add any new device running a SQL product and update that group with the new member.

Not sure if it is just me but even with "Disable Session Timeout" set to yes, the modern dashboard times out.
