On a slight side note I have found it often struggles with websites. When I've used it for a site to site VPN we get so much useful info. Try it to google say, 2 hops and then timeouts until the firewall.

I doubt its the answer but netpath uses ping over http. It could be its blocked at the other end?

How strange What is the memory when you physically connect? My understanding was that virtual memory wouldn't count towards over all memory and would be treated separately? I could be wrong here though!

Yeah you can. Go onto the customer portal and manually download the full version of NTA. The new Falcon installer will not let you install anything below 4.4. Manual offline is the only way.

Its strange it took them till the 29th to start looking into this? Did you log a ticket? I'm going to follow this closely anyway as we have been plagued by slowness for a while.

I too have had this issue. However I find its only brief and they all seem to move back when I go to re-place the node back. Will keep an eye out again to get a full report of what I did to combat it.

You can do this through using a second polling engine. Other then that I personally would NAT them. Hope this helps.

Personally 200 devices will be fine. Or at least it was for me. It in theory would be the same as adding in 200 more nodes on the 2 minute cycle. So if you can handle that then it will be fine. Yep I get the same. I get the same when trying to use both in the same action What was the reason behind needing them in the same action? Can you not just copy the action and just send it to the other custom property? I've tested it with both Properties in there own action and it works fine.
