How are we supposed to answer this question correctly if the apparent answer changes depending upon when you happen to check? This seems to be a common issue with these demo-based questions.

As an employee I know I've received guidance and training about avoiding phishing attempts, but I don't know what "behind the scenes" actions our IT security division is taking.

I'm not sure how my organization monitored/tracked this.
