Is there a generic splash page that posts each of the monthly missions? I find I have to start a search on this site to find the mission each month and then bookmark the monthly mission once I've found it so I can get here each day. Just wondering if there was a better/faster way to find the new page at the beginning of…

Agreed. The hint link provided for today's question was not helpful in finding the correct answer.
-
I can't find the November challenge. Has it posted yet? Does anyone have a direct link?
-
LOL

I wonder why they stopped giving the important time mark for videos in the hints. I was about to post it here but see tigerr beat me to the punch.
-
Yes, I confirmed what the "correct" answer was and I disagree. There is direct verbiage in the hint document that supports the one answer choice I made that is in conflict with the "correct" answer. I emailed the hint document with the relevant sections highlighted to the moderator to substantiate my answer selection.…

No April Mission?
-
What happened to the bonus mission? I tried to follow my bookmark to it and get a "Not Found: The item does not exist. It may have been deleted" message.
-
Oh No! I got the poll question wrong! -jk
-
I only see a winner posted for week 1. Are weeks 2-4 and the monthly winner all going to be announced at the same time?
-
As I posted on Monday, I could not get the hint video to play from work so today I went ahead and guessed based on the hint title... WRONG. It didn't occur to me to try and login from home and see if I could get the video to play from there. Any chance of getting a reset so I can try that tonight?

I still haven't pulled the trigger. I can rationally and objectively argue for either option. Can anybody chime in as to whether they want us to "read between the lines" in answering this question? It's just a yes/no question: ( ) Yes, they want you to read between the lines. We all need to be challenged every now and…

If these are intended as "choose the best answer" then they should be radial buttons and not check boxes. All of the answer choices for today would contribute "provid[ing] a positive customer experience" in some way, but some are better than others as well as being more reasonable. If I gave each person who opened a ticket…

I thought I saw someone write that there was also a mini-mission that started this week. I can't find one. Am I just looking incorrectly or is there not one for this week?
-
ecklerwr1, you initially said you couldn't see the questions for this and the "other challenge". What "other challenge" are you referring to? When I search "Mission" or "Mini", I latest mini mission that comes up is from April. Did they rename the mini-missions to something else?

No May mission?
-
The "Network Insight for Cisco ASA" video page comes up with the hint but the video doesn't play when I click on it. Am I the only one having this issue?
-
Still no winner for last week?
-
I don't see mention of anything having to do with Q2 (8/27) in the linked hint. No mention of Windows 2000, domain controllers, or any of the answer choices anywhere on the page. Am I missing something obvious?
-
I've always wondered, if you select "No, I don't like free Thwack! points", does it mark you wrong? I'm not sure how your own opinion about your own personal desire can be "wrong".
-
How are we supposed to answer this question correctly if the apparent answer changes depending upon when you happen to check? This seems to be a common issue with these demo-based questions.
-
Thank you! It helps when you can actually see the page the question is asking you about.
-
They will go back in time and award our points! If you answer "no, I don't like Thwack points" to the last question, will it mark you wrong or will that also be a correct answer since, if you did not do the survey, it would be true for you?
-
I can't find the September mission. Does it start next week instead?
-
This week's prize looks like an accident waiting to happen: Hot liquid in an open container sitting on top of electronics. Two similar-looking circles next to each other, one heats up your drink and the other charges your phone. I see lots of overheated phones in someone's future.

What does ctrl-f do? So is opening a Dameware remote session is considered opening a second "Console" therefor having the user actually interacting with two consoles and not just "one console" or are the Web Help Desk and Dameware remote session considered two sessions within the same console? It feels like semantics but…

Don't know anybody not affected by the pandemic

As an employee I know I've received guidance and training about avoiding phishing attempts, but I don't know what "behind the scenes" actions our IT security division is taking.
-
I'm not sure how my organization monitored/tracked this.

I don't work in the department that evaluates this metric so do not know the answer.
