Missing the "None of the Above" option

Great idea, but perhaps in the interim, you could share the Greasemonkey script? The lag time between suggestions and implementation generally requires a calendar for timing purposes

MONTY Python.

You are aware that the rest of the world may have a different set of Public Holidays? It's a good idea, but needs to be adaptable for all users, not just those in the USA.

The answers are there, but you definitely need to drill down in the Features list as the answers are not going to jump out at you this time

DanielleH Um, hate to quibble, but Q.2 needs a rethink. You're asking me a question - if I happen to say Yes (because someone else has been fool enough to email stuff TO me) then you cannot say I'm wrong... And, it's "sensitive" Have you ever received a customer's or employee's senistive data via e-mail? Here's your hint!…

@"yumdarling"Week 1 Day 4 - I believe the answer may be incorrect. One of the answer options is not under the API Poller improvements section, but I suspect is required to get a Green Check mark. Would appreciate if you could check on it. (pun unintended)

“Because,” she replied. “I don’t have to know it. I simply have to know where to find it. What is actually important to know,” she explained, “is what to do with the information once I have it.” And that is the crux of it. I work with multiple DBMS, and whilst I am expert in some I lack experience in others. However, I…

Any chance of a clue for those of us who don't work in Telecomms? Neither the PDF hint or the popup hint are helping here... :(

Perhaps SW can add a switch under Advanced options, similar to the way LOGIN_SHOW_DOMAIN_NAME, LOGIN_SHOW_DPA_VERSION & LOGIN_SHOW_REPO_NAME are treated?

yumdarling Week 3 Q12 - without giving away the entire answer, I selected the 2 correct options (let's say X and Y) only to get a Big Red X saying "No, we wanted X and Y". Could you check on that please?

Moving your data to the cloud is trendy, but stop and think about how you would move your data to another provider, or to the next trendy repository. If you have a small amount of data, you may be able to export/backup to your own infrastructure (assuming it's not all in the cloud...). But what about if you have huge…

Ah, now that might be useful particularly if you have a large number of excludes configured.

Q.15 linky no work. Tried FF, IE and Chrome. wabbott http://dem-aus-o-qa3.demo.lab.na/ui/sam.adm/linkdetailspage/src/2047/dest/2046 "Server not found"

Week 2 Q7 I think you mean ROW not column @"yumdarling"

Great work, but...the First rule of Fight Club is that you don't talk about Fight Club. If I was a spammer, I now know some of the rules you are using (3 posts, 30 days, and some fancy regex), and I can tailor my attack better. Don't get me wrong, i think it is a great idea - just don't go into details of how you are doing…

I think we had a similar request here: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/DPA-Feature-Requests/Add-ability-to-create-alert-blackout-period-for-quot-all-days/idi-p/541783 Only requested in 2015, so probably a bit soon to expect any progress...

Same here, but <Jedi hand wave> You don't need the video. Use the force. The answer is obvious. </Jedi hand wave>

Well, at least this is a bit different

I think you need to add some detail to this so we can understand what sort of enhancement you are proposing. What sort of Tablespace monitoring do you want? Size? Freespace? Activity? What problem are you trying to fix or prevent? At the moment I don't think there's enough information for me to be able to vote on this.

For a really interesting read (IMHO), check out the Carrington Event that occurred back in 1859. If that happened today (and why wouldn't it?), IT communications around the globe would go down for an extended period. Weeks at a guess, but more likely it would take months--or even years--to fully recover from it. Could your…

@"yumdarling" Week 4 Day 19, this link may be useful for the hint: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/Announcements-Blogs/Why-Upgrading-Is-So-Important/ba-p/595698

DanielleH Q.3 hint has a problem at the moment: Server Error in '/ui' Application.Runtime Error Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated. It seems there's a…

Great idea, but I'd like to see it taken even further. DPA Blackout creation needs a day selection menu (in addition to "ALL DAYS", "WEEKDAYS", OR "WEEKENDS" to give full flexibility. Similar to the SQL Server job scheduling: Compare to DPA - even the hours/minutes are two separate fields on the setup screen: For me - I'd…

I'd have to agree. The answer I gave I'm pretty sure was right. Perhaps @"kpina" could check for us please?
