A little while back, I submitted a feature request to automatically manage switch ports connected to a managed device. I don't monitor printers or PCs...so managing all switch ports put unnecessary load on my pollers. Please vote it UP!

I recently had a similar situation where no Thin APs were showing while in Atlas, but showed on the summary page. I also noticed on the "Current Cisco Buffer Misses" widget values were "-2". I deleted and re-added the wireless controller which corrected the issue. Frank

Walk 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.500.1.1 to ensure this matches the number of switches in the stack. I have seen this poll double. If polling as expected , try removing the offending stack and rediscover.

Eric, How about installing NTA on all of your pollers. Then set up a load balancer to send flow data to all of your pollers. Frank
