I have updated to HF1 - but we have no confidence right now in that fix and we will be turning off our environments till HF2 has been released or more information from SW.

I am not sure if WE actually did this correctly as it sometimes works and sometimes not or we get multiple process lists , if I upgrade to SAM 6.2.1 will this reverse any mistakes We might have made or I should say my partner in crime made

all I can say is that I have New Relic running and I was using my 2 Orion Web Servers as a demo for NR .. with in the application settings I created a unique application name for solarwinds. When I deployed either an agent or sensor it removed that name which broke the way it reports back to the New Relic UI i am not sure…

Thanks this is deff my weak point with the tool .. alerts and reports I did that and ran the quarry replacing your temp name with mine and it locked everything up , let me try it again - i appreciate the help and response

The SWTech dropped it and got rid of it - I will have to recreate and call it something else wasnt a show stopper at the moment as i have that alert disabled

i just purchased a new poller and no when i go to install all the additional poller installs I get sorry this is older then what you have . I assume its cause all the hotfixes and patches we have applied

the above is very sad that it has not been updated with the new information - and have ben playing chase with support on my issues as well ... do we have an updates from the solarwinds team that watches these forums when these issues are going to be addressed as of right now my manager has put a halt on any new purchases…
