Hi deverts The best would be to open a case with support, for this type of issues
-
Thanks Bryan, Good input. This was already on our radar, it's even more so, now that I have increased the votes on this requirement, based on your input (68290). Can't commit on anything though, as you know. Feedback on usefulness of the Inventory reports, others?

This is identified as a problem to fix (49685). We are looking at a possible workaround before this is fixed
-
This controller and AP's are not supported, as already identified in this other post. There is an open enhancement request for it (44527)

Should be able to do by putting a Policy Violation report on a Node Detail page. Discussed with you in other forum, it is functionaly possible but might be broken, investigating (64088) if this worked, would this satisfy the requirement?

This device downloads its config as .pkg files and not text files. NCM can only handle txt-based config files (no binary or other format). There is no workaround.

This might help: This issue is fixed in 10.2 (60988)

First one does not ring a bell. Does the download work manually and fails when scheduled? Let's see what others have to say. If nothing, open a case. Second one: you can use the purge job.

We have thoughts along those lines, but too early for more details. Tks for the input Donald.

We are not distributing the DB model, but you might want to take a look at the Orion SDL, which allows you for programmatic access to many of the DB areas. http://thwack.solarwinds.com/forums/6/solarwinds-community/216/orion-sdk/29001/orion-sdk-information/

The "&Dataformat=xls" works but only for reports in the web console. On #3, the Win32 applications (Alert Manager, Syslog Viewer and Trap viewer) support this capability. We have an enhancement request opened to support equivalent functions in the WEB interface (43037) Francois Caron. Snr Product Manager

Adding one more vote for 1. and 2. to an already requirement. Tks Francois Caron. Snr Product Management.

Good input, tks (66271) Any other voices along those lines?

Hi, We don't know about this issue. * What version of CatTools are you running?/ * What version Windows O/S (including Service Packs, etc.) is the system running CatTools? * Which timezone are you currently in?

I'll contact you off line, derekchild.

We just introduced a new product which covers this: FSM, Firewall Security Manager, more here The Optimize / Rule Object Cleanup function does that (make sure you click on Log Usage Analysis)

Hello, No it has not. We had to juggle with priorities across several products which explains that time lag since the last release, but Cattools is and remains a product that we evolve. We are planning a future release described here.
