or NTA endpoint graphs on the UDT page....all in one...

plus, when you use the filtered events resource on many dashboards, that end users can update as needed, it makes life easy If I implement a custom table, then any little request to add or change things to that dashboard filter becomes my problem.... and I DO NOT have time to do that... :-) The filtered events resource…

Since NPM is pulling routing tables now, couldn't that data be used for IPAM? Maybe like an import option based on all the routing tables?

This would be a huge help, we have server team members constantly asking what alerts afftect what servers.... near impossible to determine in a reasonable amount of time....

This is one reason we purchased the LEM. We need to keep logs for about 90 days, although it depends on the system. Firewalls = 100 days Router ACL logs = 90 days Switch logs = 30 days Websense logs = 100 days Application logs = 20 to 90 days etc. Issue is that the LEM doesn't let you retain based on category. Hopefully…

I would love to, but with over 20 large plants and over 100 additional remote sites there is NO WAY it would fit on a 4 foot by 8 foot paper.... With limited resources I find the mapping is the first to fall.... My mapping is almost non-existant.... too much to do just keeping the apps up along with alerting and…

Over the many years I have been using NPM/SAM/LEM I have been waiting and hoping for better individual text file monitoring. I NEED this in LEM for many systems that create a custom log file in basic text that would need to be alerted on and saved for future troubleshooting. Windows logs are handled by LEM and SAM very…

R u willing to share those alerts? NTA alerts seem very limited so I'm wondering if you are creating SQL alerts. I am trying to create an alert that will notify us if traffic from a certain IP group stops.

We are not so worried about cyber Monday affecting us from a website perspective, but internal users going out will be monitored via QOS. We will VNQM and Zscaler to make sure our queues are working correctly. Netinsight for ASA will be a new tool for making sure our systems are running smoothly and of course, netpath and…

I am in the same boat, with over 5000 components and over 3000 being 'critical' the testing for an upgrade is crazy. The upfront cost is one thing, I would think that could be handled with basic discounts, but the maintenance is the long term killer. There NEEDS to be a solution to the maintence of dev systems. This is…

I cant believe I didnt see this sooner. HECK YEA!! Now that the LINUX agent is out I am very much hoping this will happen very soon. We have over 250 AIX servers so I would love to see this agent become a reality...

If this had history as well it would be terrific for troubleshooting. That way we can look back at 8am and see that a process was spawned and that is what caused XYZ to happen.
