I have to agree with Dawg. Jiri, once this was added to Orion, we have a level of expectation that it will provide, for supported vendor lines, meaningful EOS/EOL information. In its current form, it doesn't rise to that level. It's a good start, but its way behind where it needs to be to be a product we are paying for.

Issue turned out to be the domain name is now required to be fully qualified in the account search field. Previously, domain\username was sufficient to add an individual user. Now domain.com\username is required. Always a good idea to fully qualify, but change was unexpected.
