How would I add time/date range for the second query? If i wanted to filter out wireless devices, how would i do that? Thanks.
-
I'm in the same boat. SolarWinds, what are you doing about this? Answer: We'll looking into it.
-
UDT definitely does not work with PA firewalls. I have it setup and still doesn't work.
-
I use NAM in my environment. I opened up a ticket last week with support. I got a quick initial response but then did not hear back till hours later. I ended up using my SolarWinds partner to solve the problem in less than 3o minutes. I just talked to customer success about my negative survey and she was surprised to hear…

I had to open up a case with support. Looks like we are getting a token error. My API integration with NetBrain works fine after they immediately updated their API.
-
I worked with support on this issue and we had to re-add the device. Don't delete it but re-adding it switches the vendor from VeloCloud to Palo Alto for me.
-
Done and NCM is now able to backup the Gigamon switches. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your reply. I have a HC2 and a TA-200 in our environment. How do i create a device template for the items above? Thanks.

@"patrick.hubbard"Can you provide a link the "clean install" guide? I also have to rebuild my environment. Thanks
-
I un-installed NCM from add/remove programs. Now i can't install anything. Good thing i took a snapshot of this VM. Will never listen to thwack again.
-
Thanks. Can i just download the installer right off the UI once I upgrade the core server?
-
The preview only gives me some data.
-
I upgraded. The report still doesn't work.
-
Correct. Is this something that i would have to customize?
-
I am running UDT 3.3.4. When i do preview results in the query part, some data show up. When i submit it, the report shows blank.
-
No

I quickly did a filter for the last 24 hours and now that all my devices are sending to LA, i had over a thousand syslog events in the last 24 hours. Some days it may be more, some days it may be less. It may help, you can export or write to PDF instead of a CSV file. Thanks.
-
This is the output from running the command "show interface links" on a cisco device. As you can see, UDT report does not match the times reported in using this command. Hence this report is not accurate.
-
I am talking about NCM i guess. I just want to know who to see who made a change on a config on our network devices.
-
I do have NCM. How would I do that? Thanks.
-
Thanks. This may help. I will show it to my colleague. Is there a way to edit the SQL query to just look at Cisco devices?
-
I don't want to create a view. That would defeat the purpose of choosing your device.
-
I have the same issue with my 7200 series controllers but only with the startup config. The running config downloads just fine. i get the same error above.
-
Thanks for the query. I created the report and changed the IP address but all i get is a blank screen. Any ideas? Thanks.
-
I am getting the mac address but nothing else.
-
I would like to see all syslog data over the last 24 hours to start. It would nice in the future to be able to filter it to a specific device. Do I need to upgrade to 2.0 in order to get the Export to CSV option? Thanks.
-
When comparing this to running the command "show interface links", this report does not give me the correct information. How can i get something to look like this? The standar UDT report does not match running this cisco command to show the same info. PortName Down Time Down SinceGi1/36 9263D1 49 weeks, 4 days, 22 hours,…
-
Sorry, do i create a new report and just add this statement or add this to the existing report?
-
Thank you. This answered my question.
