as njoylif said in the view you create (or an existing one... click on customize page) you just add the report as a resource... after you add it to view when you goto the view there will be a link there you click on to select the report you want to add there.

I don't have one of the switches to connect to in front of me but I found the downloadable mibs for the 4400 and I'm sure the other are in there also. Yes net-snmp agent loaded onto the appliance should give you these stats I believe.
