We are working flat out to find a solution to the problem. We will provide a service release shortly. For the versions 2008R2, 2012 and 2012R2 there is currently no workaround. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks Norbert

Unfortunately there is a side effect between * "Not to resolve" blacklist and * "Suppress visibility in recertification" configuration list It ends up in the "empty" group problem.
