installed hotfix that says it will fix the above ran the config wizrds on main poller, additional poller and web server. Still doent work??? what did the hotfix do. sent diagnostics to support hoping for a call back on ticket #1294415 tonight as not in tomorrow and could do with this being fixed

its not right, and I want the ip addresses to list in the all ip addresses but no idea how, oh and the device pollar is looking at both ips but not showing on the web console no idea why

put everything in the same bin and let the bin men sort it out. when i try to seperate at home I get complaints then they dont take it. it should be a role in the company to sort it all out need organisation other wise it wont work

same i bet we got the same answer wrong isn't that the point of the tool I'm sure the wording is done oddly maybe its a language thing

Our firewall did the same it wrongly thought it was a download site, may need to log with your security team. Not sure what your rules will be though.

Yes I'm based in Halifax, UK easy access to Leeds, Manchester. Can do London its just expensive and a long trip and I'm only half way up the country so people further north will have more expense If its night time, Monday or Thursday night. Not Fridays we all have things we can't get out of. I can do daytime as well…
