Can you not run orion diagnostics? If your installing, the logs will be available to read at the installation path? Have you ran the config wizard as local admin, also the permission checker? Cheers

Have you tried a reboot since upgrade I had too. Randomly my main poller decided it wasn’t polling anything even in the licensing page looked like a fresh install all on 0%. reboot fixed no issues since. i have the npm hotfix installed even Though it didn’t fix what it said I would with the alert variables. Do you have it?

Hi, would we not just install the solarwinds agent for that? I really need to monitor the kit its on as well as the windows boxes?

If you copy the installer directory from a updated polling engine then rerun should do the trick c:\programdata\solarwinds\installers I think

which version were you upgrading from as im sure you needed sql 2016 for npm 12.2

Think it says this is the last release before you have to upgrade

from what I can tell everything was working before the main polling engine became 2016, my additional polling engines were already on 2016. But the issue is across multiple engines now.
