Is this not to do with SNMP i.e. I think its only the latest version of the Tegile firmware that has the ability to turn on SNMP, is anyone actually monitoring a tegile more than just ping?

Dang it. Careful wasn’t the obvious answer. Never know with these you want the British or American spelling. Capital letters, lower case, correct spelling. but probably should of had a coffee first!

we are dropping LEM as its just not user friendly still and not integrated. When 3rd lines are turning to the elastic stack its hard to sell LEM.

Have you spoke to them about adding u as a user you don’t need any rights but as your the customer I would of thought it’s in your interest as you will be able to licensing and upgrades possible. Then get access to the training.
