The only IPs that count toward the license are: * Used Addresses * Reserved Addresses (The reserved subnet source IP and broadcast IPs are excluded from this count) * Transient Addresses What version are you trying to upgrade from/to? VNQM currently does not support MS Lync/Skype for business at this time, but we do have our eye on it! Please give the feature request an upvote here: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/1251 The best option we have available today would be a combo of QoE + SAM’s app templates.

While the symptoms are similar, I am not convinced that the resolutions found in the code block issue for UDT 3.2.2 are applicable here for UDT 3.4.
