2023.3 Upgrade resolved this issue for us. We had a few issues with the upgrade, but they were solved with a call into the hotline and working with a Support Engineer. Errors were based on records in the DB needing removal for recreation with the Config Wizard. So far 2023.3 is working very well.

This is a major issue for us as well. Broke dashboards that are hard to access for us to click on. How can this be disabled!!
