To elaborate I am monitoring through Agent based ( i am not adding them as 'icmp' node) , Expectation is to have my availability stats - based on ICMP , i can change that manually. but i will need to do it daily for alteast 20- 100 nodes,, hence looking for an API

Thanks Neo, But looks like Kiwi cannot forward syslog securely, We tried TCP forward to OLV secure tcp:6514 & tcp:1468 . We able to receive messages only via tcp:1468. TLS connection was not established between Kiwi and OLV,

if i setup multi-subnet HA for APE , rather than for Main polling engine,, During a DR scenario does my APE HA continues to run,despite my main polling engine is down @"aLTeReGo"

No, My Orion server is directly connected to Internet without using any proxy and to the point we are not using any proxy to access ServiceNow

aLTeReGo​, I checked mentioned files, and don't find any similar entries. Also to validate, we freshly installed evaluation version in another server, to ensure no code was hard-coded manually. Facing same issue on the New Orion (evaluation) aswell.

Hi Vrkvvj, Thanks for the response, i checked the demo console, The attach report was created using 'Report writer' , while creating the report ,using 'Web based' i couldn't get any fields that matches keyword 'availability' .. May be, i will have a check again.
