I really like your idea about lab environment on cloud. i believe testing all monitoring features for different switches, routers, firewalls etc would be difficult to setup. :-)

Also, i went on to see the values scripts is sending as an argument to API by using some print statements. these time values being sent noware also the right values for UTC time. this UTC translates to server time…

default smtp account password had a special character in it which maid configuration wizard fail multiple times while alert import.

Had a similar issue few weeks back with node reboot alerts. Didnt find anything in logs and other alerts were running fine. Surprisingly, issue got resolved by itself after following months server patching and reboot of application servers.

It also happened the same way, it took time saving the template while in background it created multiple application profiles.
