You can add a custom field to the ticket where they can enter their phone number and then associate it the type of ticket request, if you want too.

What I have been doing is whenever I receive new stock I enter the computers information in as an unassigned asset so when a new client is added I just assign that asset to them and change the status to deployed with the date they will receive it. It is manual but does save a little time when assigning it.

What you can do is change the due date in the ticket and it will update on your IT calendar if you have linked it to outlook and set a reminder on it. If you need more information please let me know, I can tell you how its done. I do this frequently.

You try to change it to pie chart that is blue and easier on the eyes. Just a suggestion I don' t like this response either.

I was able to fix this issue.

If you open the asset tab in Solar Winds and then click on the Excel icon a template file will open that you can use. It will remain blank if you don't enter any search criteria. To simplify what you need to enter you can bar code in the serial numbers of the assets you want to enter.

Yes you can log in both ways. If you are logged in as Tech click on the icon in the upper right corner "Switch to Client Account" The icon looks like a person and is next to the Log Out button
