It doesn't allow the words to be entered weekly, I get an error message all questions must be answered and it doesn't allow you to continue.

I went into my review recently wishing for a much higher salary and I really didn't have to ask for it. I walked out with 10% for this year and the promise of 12% for next year. Of course I got it in writing and made sure HR has it on file also.

I am burned out now even though I do have a flexible schedule at work. It is hard to work all day and try to update skills and balance home life. It is very hard. Of course technology is every where you go. Cell phones are like mini computers so you just cant get away from it.

We run desktop applications of O365, internet speed was at 1GB before the migration took place, and for extra protection I run daily and weekly backups to an on premises server. Everything is running as smoothly as possible but we will never fully transition to the cloud. There will always be a need for a server.

Example 1 was say Monday 8-4 the Tuesday 9-5 you select just Monday and set the hours then select Tuesday and select the hours but to split the shift on a single day, I had stated you can not do that at one time. IT will always be needed in one way or another regardless of on premise or cloud based. There are advantages to using cloud based services but you also need on premises.That will never be obsolete. It is all in the way it is handled so never believe you will be out of a job. It simply is not true.
