I concur, good reporting proves to be an artform of it's own. Data visualization has real use. I've been trying to read a book about that on the side - Lean Analytics, but it doesn't really solve the "how to make the good stuff look better". This is unfortunately the vibe I get as well. It's like "here's an amazing thing.......if you have the right knowledge and tools to use it". In my current env we don't have the right suite to leverage perfstack, so I'm sitting there staring at the end goal knowing we're not going to reach it right now.
