well I get this error. I enabled cdr, RTCP, password and username on my CM: Selected node is invalid: dti-tp-cm does not support CallManager or CallManager Express or Avaya CM.

1. Upgrade advisor suggested I could upgrade from npm 11.5.2 to npm 12 without installing 11.5.3, but practically I didn't manage to install to the latest modules. I think I should install npm 11.5.3 first then npm 12. 2. Orion server is on VMware virtualized environment, its just 1 year old. my server has 5 modules…

I just checked license manager, yes it does detect SRM, and also Engineers toolset(Which I also once installed some time ago). with regards to the tool from the link, is it compatible with server OS? because I only see: Runs on: * Windows 7 * Windows 8 * Windows 8.1 * Windows 10

I removed all SolarWinds modules thru add/remove features setting. but somehow SRM was still detected. I'm also surprised why its being detected. Upgrade advisor is integrated in the nmp12 installer, its the one which detects the SRM module

i can see all that I need via flow navigator for NTA devices, my question is regarding end to end flow of data. I wanted to know if there is a way to specify a source and destination devices to see more traffic flow information between them. a bit like how netpath works.

well.., I had this issue last time but I ddint manage to resolve it, the alerts just started showing after few moments. I still run into this issue occasionally though

NetPerfMon is already added for all alert trigger actions. (see attached screenshots). active alerts used to be shown in the all active alerts window as normal. its only recently that I'm seeing this kind of issue. I don't know why this is happening now, or what caused it to stop working as the error is not that detailed.

I managed to create netpath noc via 'Custom HTML Resource', the noc works well on my windows pc browser, but it doesn't work on smart tv browser. Samsung. I don't know if I should change something in the setting
