Sorry I should have answered this correctly. Our company is business services so we don't tend to get hit by Cyber Monday. We do have a customer that does do e-commerce but I don't tend to get involved too much with that customer. I just have to contend with insanity in general - a hypnotherapist has been suggested to me…

Good Article. I try to talk to the Customer as often as time permits. Sometimes it's the only way to know what the problem is. It often leads to a solution and a better understanding for both you and the Customer.

Good Articles. Stem cell research could be the saving of us all but has a lot of opposition. Needs to be more transparent to show that the scientists aren't just playing God but actually trying to help.

like many things in IT it depends. If you're waiting for a new feature or bug fix then upgrade. Equally if it's a security fix then upgrade. There is the old adage "the closer you are to the cutting edge the more likely you are to bleed". So I'd also follow your suggestion of a 30-90 day wait before implementation - just…

Good Article. First came across the idea of a phrase a number of years ago and it made a lot of sense. The numbers and special characters were always going to be simplified by real users.

Good Articles. Agree with your comments on the Iphone. The smart lock is another example of people trying to do something complicated and ignoring the simple work around.
