Can't remember whether there was anything said about what happened to the rest of the body attached to the finger. I assume the owner of the finger was killed otherwise he/she could have reported the missing finger.

I agree with the security aspects that you raise. The company I originally worked for liked to lag a few months or releases behind the latest technology. Their attitude to the cutting edge was that the closer you were to it the more likely you were to end up bleeding. They preferred to wait a little while and let others…

Good Article - AI has it's possibilities but it still needs managing correctly. Not everything is black and white. AI needs to complement not replace.
