DAY 2 Question, I notice the options that are available "out of the box" does anyone know if the others in the list are coming or others have managed to integrate? At the moment we just go with an email into our helpdesk system but if there is another way I'd like to hear it.......

They are help desk & service desk software, so you'd imagine certain functionality would be a given....wouldn't you? I mean this type of software without a module that managed incidents would be pretty useless to say the least

Hi, We are trying to monitor this too, have you had any success using Solarwinds (or any other tools) since you posted this. I am afraid I don't have anything to offer back at the moment but if and when i do i will post here. regards Daniel
