Hi ahatom-- I'm not exactly sure why it posted the 10.0 Admin Guide, I apologize. It looks like you have located the 10.2 Admin Guide, but here it is just in case. There were a few changes in 10.2, one of which was moving the System Manager to the Web Console, which is probably why you couldn't find it :) DH
