This isn't a solarwinds fix, but it is something we have used before, and it works well: https://joshheffner.com/automate-windows-10-in-place-upgrades-from-the-command-line/

Actually looks like you can do this with the embedded reports. Reporting--->Configuration management Reports ---> Files,Directories, and Storage devices----> Files Basic report, right click and edit for what you are needing.

ding Was curious if you could look into where the Flash Player 24.0.0.186 might be. Thanks, appreciate your help!!

Appears it's a solarwinds issue, and their "hot fix" fixed it: SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.1.5 Hotfix 1 ==================================================================================== This hotfix addresses the following issues: * The Discovery task for subnets cannot retrieve MAC addresses from a machine located in…

The adobe flash update, you have to manually download and the manually upload into solarwinds. You'll need to get an Adobe Software Distribution Request. http://www.adobe.com/go/rdr_apply_dist/ You can do this for Reader/Air and Flash

From what I understand in your logic here, is it needs Java 8 installed, and also needs a lesser version of Java installed, so you can uninstall the previous versions of Java. I'd assume that this particular machine, doesn't have Java 8 installed.

The easiest way I can see how to do this would be in the Applicability Rules for each piece of software you are wanting to install. Use rules for if MSI Product Installed and then use the Product ID of the software. So if it's not installed, it will install it, and if it is, it'll skip it

Do the windows 10 workstation, report as Windows 10 in SolarWinds?
-
This is true for Windows 10, IE11, Edge, and Chrome updates for Flash, if you have Mozilla Firefox installed (or some other browser that doesn't have flash included), you will need to continue to push Flash to these machines, since Flash isn't included in the Firefox updates.

The adobe reader update is in solar winds (it's published by adobe directly) and has a date of 11-1-2016 on it. The easiest way to find it is : Administration and reporting---->Software Publishing---->Adobe Systems, Inc. Packages Sort by name, and you'll see it there. I can't say about the flash........

I'm assuming that you are talking about after they are approved? If so, you can manually run the synchronize server, on your main wsus sever, then after that is done, do the same on the relay servers. That will force the servers to see all the new approvals, and the end user can run windows update to get it after that. Or…

I see that under Software Publishing ---> Adobe Systems, Inc. Packages there is Adobe DC Reader Update 17.009.20044 that was created April 4, 2017. If you sort that group by date, it can be easier to find the newer packages.

3) More information on how to create your own 3rd party packages. I've got a pretty good feel for it, but I'm sure I don't have a complete grasp on how well it could work.

Just a quick note, it appears that all of your systems are in the "Server Group". If I'm reading the compliance report.png correctly, you'll need to remove the workstations from the "Server Group"

I've seen this before, but just when I don't have the updates approved through WSUS. Have you verified that you the KB's that are showing up in using Windows Update, are approved in WSUS? Them not being approved is the only reason I can see that you would see this.
