Hi Karl, Where exactly are you getting the unknown status? It's a known issue for v3 bricks in the Beta e.g. for LUNs, but it will be fixed in the official release. Both v3 and v4 will be officially supported. Jiri
-
jesmar68, is the problem only with array status? In other words, can you see pools, LUNs, etc and the data makes sense? If yes, then it's a known issue with the status and we plan to fix it for the official release.

This is a known issue and we address some part of the UI in each release. Remember this Beta doesn't represent the content of the final release -- we are going to have Beta 2, too. Some parts of the UI are planned to be integrated / use a common component of the platform (a.k.a. the Core) soon and thus we don't want to…

Greg, I think the best would be creating an idea for NPM as it shares the feature requests with Core, too. Regards, Jiri

We hear you. I may reach out to you for more details as CPU utilization is by far not the only parameter that is useful to poll.

This issue has been fixed already. What kinds of problems do you experience?

Now I just hope everything will go OK or you kill me

The design we're considering is as you suggest: The last successfully used credentials will be kept. And you will be able to define the set of credentials to try -- if you don't want telnet, you won't use it. Setting up the register database may well be the biggest challenge. While the firmware upgrade feature itself is something we can directly influence, having the IOS database means Cisco is willing to share it in a reasonable format. And although Cisco is one of our partners, we are competitors at the same time...

Hi, Do you mean something like custom properties for ports? Regards, Jiri

We can't comment on whether/when this functionality becomes available.

Good to hear. What arrays are you monitoring? Jiri

This is the same as http://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/4032.

Hi is@twlakes.coop, You can choose the nodes you want ot change the connection profile for (either on Orion Manage Node page or on NCM Add or Manage Nodes Page), click Edit Properties and there you can choose the connection profile you want. Please let me know whether this is what you need. Regards, Jiri
-
Moved to NPM/Core space.

Hi, I acknowledge that we know about this request as well as about the others. However, we can't comment on if/when a request is going to be implemented. Jiri

In the current version, you can schedule the downloads from the Win32 GUI. However this is going to be migrated to Web, too -- see . Jiri

Hi, HP Lefthand is not included in SRM 6.3, but we are watching this device closely. Jiri
-
Josiah, I understand your use case. However, NCM has never been meant a password management tool. I'm afraid majority of our customers don't want any possibility to display passwords as it violates various security regulations. Jiri

An excellent illustration and practicle example can be found in by ">Goliath. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting. We will look for a solution. Jiri
