This is a much needed feature request. The need for granular controls is a definitive need. We are actually working on creating a separate front end for simply unmanaging without giving out node management rights. It doesn't suppose to be a feature request in the first place. Please fix this.

I have an idea. If we can select interfaces with more than 3 or 5 (whatever) mac addresses it is more likely these interfaces are uplinks/downlinks/trunks. So reverse the selection and viola But I don't know how to do that. Any expert? :)
