Nevermind. I read the log and found my issue. I had to add the snmp-server group v3 priv context vlan commands to my switch.

I am running NPM 9.5 and NCM 5.5.2 I just upgraded NCM to version 6 and I got an error when I tried to run NCM-v6.0-NPM-Integration.exe saying I first had to upgrade NPM to version 10 so in your case you would swap #2 and #3.
