Within DPA, your login must have Admin privileges. In addition, the userid of the DPA connection to monitor a DB instance must also have appropriate DBMS permissions.

Hi Tony, In the DPA 2019.4 release, you can test out each alert. When in the “View Alert Definition” page, at the bottom there is a button “Email Preview” which will apply the selected email template and generate examples for each of the potential alert levels in separate tabs.
