Yes document everything!!! I make Visio diagrams of every network! Just don't forget to save frequently. That is a lot of work to lose in a computer or application crash.

I had this issue awhile back and had to register offline as well

Thank you for your response. I do not see a select node option. I am just realizing we are way back on version 7.5.1 or NCM. Could this maybe be why?

I know this isnt the place, but Feature req- Backup jobs when emailed give the option to JUST email PDF. Unless im missing something this is the only way to send the change report and when we make a lot of changes it crashes our email.

Hello! These reports seem to pull some sort of serial number. However, when i go to my cisco device and do a show ver or show inv they serials do not match. Any ideas?
