A quick look tells me that Netflow is only supported on "Enhanced Ethernet Line Cards" for BVI's, not A9K-SIP-700 line cards or ASR 9000 Ethernet Line Cards. Not knowing your config it could be this. I think this error is for the credentials you use to log into AD, ie: what's above the screenshot. Try putting in your credentials as "ADMIN\domain" or try different credentials like your own.

In that case I'd recommend putting the whole subnet in, and then going to "Manage Subnets & IP Addresses" and select the one's you want to change their status on to and then choose the "Set Status" dropdown and change them to "Reserved" or whatever you want. Whether you wait for it to scan the subnet or not is your choice.

Typically I think you'd add the DHCP server in, and allow it to discover the subnets from the DHCP server if I remember right...
