Fernando, olha dentro da pasta onde ficam os relatórios só para confirmar se ele está lá. Então vc apenas o reconfigura para ele aparecer na web console. (C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Reports) Se não,ele pode ter sido deletado e talvez uma restauração da base pode resolver isso.
