For me it is about user groups / forums. Regardless of what the topic is (virtualization, power shell, security, etc) I try to be a part of groups that discuss these topics.

It seems that even though I have admin rights, I do not have organizational rights. The person that set this up is no longer with the company so nobody here has organizations rights so nobody can change this setting...I have no idea how to fix that.
