These aren't Barracuda Spam Firewalls you're talking about, are they? If so, I'd love to see what custom pollers you have defined. I haven't had the time to looking into adding those into our monitoring. You could save me some homework. :) 

Never mind... It's a Cleared/Not-Cleared thing. My REPORT was showing acknowledge/not acknowledged, and the Event viewer only shows "not acknowledged", by default. You can change the drop-down to show acknowledged events, but there is no way to show "both" types.

 Curious, when I recently rebooted my Orion server this alert triggered the following email: Volume Percent Used: -2 Volume Space Available: -2 I've never monitored/alerted on volumes before, so maybe this is a long-standing issue.
