Unless you're an onion...
-
G'day Bruce! Without Monty Python there are no Three Amigos.
-
If I don't win the Switch I want you to have it!
-
I'm going to let you all in on a little secret. It helps if you actually read all of the words in the questions and the answers. D'oh! Maybe they'll send me a "Dumb Cup" instead...
-
Oops...I was doing so well this month, reading and re-reading the questions, taking my time, etc. I guess I should've paid attention to the fact that I was out of the office the last Friday of the contest. I don't win things...I'm more upset that I missed out on whatever b.r.a.d was up to...
-
I want that Switch as much as I probably need that Jpilis Fitness Tracker. (That's a lot, btw)
-
I've put together some cost-analysis, and we're making headway. For the past 4 years I've been "The IT Guy"...we're a small community bank, but we're growing (and regulations are growing even faster). When nearly everything I do requires some level of dual-control, I'm leaning toward hiring a junior IT body first, and then…

I use SEM. It's a SolarWinds product, but it's not Orion, Service Desk, Web Help Desk, or either of the Dameware products.
-
The Switch and the Fitness Tracker should be a package deal
-
Now if you win the grand prize and I don't win anything you realize your first task is to 3D print me a LEGO ship in a bottle, right?
-
But...I can't vote again because I've already voted, but I don't get a green checkmark either...
-
This one hurts. Hope and humanity vs hope and humanity.
-
I got it right on the second try, but I don't think I'd feel right if I were to win the arcade. If I do, I'll offer to pay to ship it to the first person who can convince me the answers are correct
-
I would like to buy a fish license, please
-
Ditto! I can hear my grandmother now: "Haste makes waste..."
-
Congrats @"itInsultant" !
-
You're coming dangerously close to me asking for your shipping address (should I happen to win the arcade). You're not quite there yet, but I'm fairly stubborn for an open-minded person.
-
Ditto
-
If not you, surely me. But probably you, right? HAHA
-
Same. Either there's some verbal hocus pocus (which I still can't seem to identify), or something (besides my answer) is wrong here. Perhaps tomorrow after everyone's had a chance to answer, someone can explain in detail why my answer was incorrect (not just pointing out what answer it was looking for, because I can…

Agree to disagree, I guess? I don't know anything about the sport of Netball, but I know it exists and can easily look up terminology associated with it, and start down the rabbit hole of figuring out which one you're looking for. If you're just looking for some 3-word Google search that will spoon feed you the answers,…
-
I think you can easily make the case if the answer was "malicious activity", but you're not going to convince me on "malicious intent". Malicious isn't the key word.
-
I've learned more about SaaS practices and solutions but as a new-ish Service Desk customer I've USED more of the knowledge gained in IT Service Management practices and solutions. So, win-win!
-
Same here. At this point, I'm not 100% confident what answer(s) I selected, nor am I confident what answer(s) are correct. But I know the response didn't make sense with what I selected; that's for sure. Oh well...the mini arcade would have been sweet, but I probably have more important things to do!
-
Yeah, usually if there's a "gotcha!" I can spot it when given the correct answer, but not this time.
-
Of course there's a marketing element to it. This isn't a hobby site run by volunteers...somebody's gotta pay the bills. The first couple of questions are always (or generally, at least) going to be softballs aimed at establishing the specific product or "theme" of the mission (in this case, Service Desk). The last…
-
I suspect the one it said was the reason you got it wrong is the only one you SHOULDN'T have checked. I missed one of the correct answers (Doh!), and got the same response you did.
-
We have a few different systems currently, but just recently implemented Service Desk for IT...I can see us moving everything to it.
-
I want to agree with you, but...it's NOT "three random words in random order". It's a well-known phrase. Google returns over 300,000,000 results on the correct phrase in quotes, and no more than 700,000 on any other combination I could come up with that you may have used instead. Just sayin'...

I sacked up, agreed to disagree, knew full well what answers the question WANTED vs. what the documentation could prove...and then picked the negative version (checked the two that needed to be checked). I give up. This is not my week.
