I restart the SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor service, but the issue persisted. Then I stop all the services of Orion NPM and delete the last register of table Nodes (MS SQL query), then restart SQL, and start Orion NPM services. The baseline initiate, and now is polling correctly.
