I see that error every time I run the configuration manager. I have just learned to ignore it.

Yes I see that but then when I go back to the monitor and edit what to show, I can show the 3 new "groups" but not as I imagined. I didn't have much time yesterday, today I will play some more with it and see where it takes me. Thanks for your help

Hi, there is a qos policy except its not for the uplink to the telco but rather on the uplink to the other switches. I do have the netflow module yet the 3560 switches do not support netflow as far as I know.

Nothing happens, the old name stays the same and I have to manually update it. I have left devices over a few days period to see if it changes and nothing.

I have 2557 network elements. I am also using Orion 9.5 with SP5 but this issue has been here since before sp5 and not saying its a service pack issue. Thanks

Davbyrd, I am using SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor 9.1 SP4. I have also tried changing the subnet so like 255.255.255.0 or 255.255.255.128 (yes i know how subnets work) with no more luck. Thanks. I will look into each way but changing the snmp info on over 1500 devices for evaluation purposes is sort of alot of work. The video helped alot. I have created 3 new properties now and now I am trying to figure out how to add the proper device to the proper property!

Yes I manually stopped all the services as the netpermon services has a hard time stopping and re-ran the configuration. I still got 2 errors but now it is working. Thanks
