The issue with not logging in could be either the non RFC option which you should find in Limits & Settings > Advanced. Or, it could be a case-sensitive username issue which exists in 15.3.2 HF1, check the case of your usernames in Serv-U and in your client application/config. As I understand it, if you are moving configuration between the servers, all servers will need the same Server Identity. It would be good to get your specific case confirmed by support though. Please let us know what they say on this thread.

Hi Markus, yes the hotfix replaces those files added by the buddy drop, so I reverted to the files from the Buddy Drop and it seems to be working ok. It seems that the Hotfix may actually cause more problems but its going to take a lot of testing to work out why.
