Very nice. Having a set of standards to drive policy and dictate procedure are key to congruity across your network. If you are using contractors to do some of the manual labor having those metrics in your SLA makes all the difference in the level of work and consistency.

The Service Desk that I came from went to a nice on line based FAQ for the simple, phone, email, VM and file management.
