Just a thought, but is it possible that the radios respond to SNMP traps, but not to SNMP for polling purposes? I have worked with other radio vendors in the past that could only send traps.

If you are missing custom properties in the Advanced Alert Manager, or you see only the word "custom" instead of listing the properties, you might try disabling the UAC in addition to updating the report schema in the CPE. See if that works.
