I encountered the same behavior until I realized that I needed to paste the clipboarded lnk to the created Unmanage job into the Task Scheduler. If you browse, it will select an XML file (which will not execute properly). Pasting the path into the window will designate the CMD file that you actually need. Worked for me.

One thing to check is that your user account does not have an Account Limitation assigned to it that may be limiting which nodes you can manage. Edit your user account and look to see if there is anything listed under Limitations. If there is, remove it and check Manage Nodes again.

Have you examined the polling and sattistics collection completion percentages? In System Manager, go to the FIle menu and select Polling Status. Look at the ICMP and SNMP polling indices. Do you only want the report sent IF the utilization exceeds the bandwidth setting? Otherwise, the Report Scheduler can be used to schedule the delivery of a report.
