I believe your account is set up as a group admin. To add users, you must be a full administrator. Log in as an admin and add the users, or make your login a full admin (you'll see a green check next to your name in the list). Once you are a full admin, the button appears. Brian

Are you monitoring your entire VMware environment from the Storage Manager server? If so, how many total VM are you monitoring? Typically, we recommend about 200 VM to be monitored per agent, so if you have exceeded that, you could be seeing the issues you are reporting. Brian

Hi Profiler talks to the celerra vis Telnet/SSH, no SNMP involved. If you do the TCP dump, Profiler will mount the share and parse the output from the command that was written to disk. Brian

Yes, DPA supports MySQL 5.6 and later since version 10.0. If you have available licenses, you should be able to monitor a MySQL database.

Hi, STM does not gather the disk quotas on home directories, and you cannot extend it to do so. However, you can use file analysis on each home directory for sizing and then use the reporting engine to look for users over a certain size. Brian

Is this for NCM (Network Configuration Manager) or SCM (Server Configuration Monitor)? Are you trying to download a network config from a switch, router or firewall, or a configuration of a server or application?

Profiler does not support zPools at this time. We are interested in supporting it in the future, but it has not made it to the roadmap yet.

Shane Storage Manager leverages the NetApp API, which has read_ops, write_ops, total_ops and other_ops. We currently only collect read, write and total, not other. Let me know if you would like to collect this additional metric and I can add it as a feature request. Brian
